Decent food, a somewhat clean restaurant, but the burger of the person I came here with was burnt, and when asked for a new one they flipped the meat upside down to hide the massive burnt bit, then when asked about that they heated it up to a point it couldn’t be consumed for minutes until it cooled down and turns out they kept the meat a second time. The cheese melted to a point where they could have spit in it and we wouldn’t know. Unacceptable.
Is the manager from 2 months ago working here yet?? I guess not, becouse for the last 4 times me and wife visit this location the quality on the food is terrible. Between 10 and 11pm 2 months ago the food was great and fresh, not necessary to check the bag becouse everything was perfect. My last two visits the bun on our food was hard, sitting in the toaster for minutes for sure. The meat dry and dark. The quality on the fries bitter like plastic. I guess we not doing the drive again
I've bought lunch here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The food and drinks I always get are of high quality for McDonald's and the staff at least at the drive-thru are very friendly. Sometimes the person handing you your food doesn't say much or anything at all, but I understand why; no big deal. The chicken I get is always juicy and never dry. Sometimes the outside of the chicken is a little overdone but the inside is all that matters to me. One complaint I have which is a little bit of a nitpick is that sometimes when I get a chicken sandwich, the the sandwich is barely together like it was slapped together in a rush which it was. I just don't like to fix my sandwich. But overall, pretty good place for lunch. Parking: There is a limited number of parking spots and they are poorly placed relative to the road. But that's not the fault of McDonald's. The whole surrounding area is bad. Poorly designed parking lot.
I have been trying to get a hold of this location since the 17th of January for serving me 3 old brick hard McChicken sandwiches. I have called 3x and customer service has sent over several request for management to contact me. Yet, no one has-- money wasted on food we could not consume. UPDATE: We'll, I've tried all the proper procedures now I'm going to the Better Business Bureau and placing a formal complaint. I will also be sharing the photos and videos on my blog to make people aware of the type of business you're conducting. This is ridiculous!
Like most restaurants right now they are struggling to hire and retain staff. Overall, it was a reasonable experience for a fast food restaurant. However in December 2022, they remodeled the dining room and removed all of the comfortable seating. Then they added chairs that look like they came out of a dumpster. Lastly, you can no longer see into the kitchen. What are they hiding with that change? Restaurant dining room sucks now. Horrible change. I don't plan on going back.
My family and I went through drive thru had over a $30 order,4 hot n spicy mcchickens,2 regular mcchickens,6 small cheese burgers and 2 large fries. Everything was old and dry,even after being asked to park to wait on part of our order,which was the burgers they where even old and dry,the fries where old,cold and not salted.
They are always helpful and polite even when slammed. They do their best and when an order is wrong they do their best to make it right. I appreciate their work for our small community.Food: 4/5
This place is really dirty. We visited at 11:50 on a Sunday. The dining room was empty. Every surface was dirty. 3 different orders of our fries were covered in dark brown specs. Maybe old fry oil? What is happening at this place?Food: 3/5
Very slow service. Food was terrible. Went thru drive thru and was unable to return. If I was on the restaurant I would have had them replace everything but the drink.Food: 2/5
Worst service ever. Just sat behind someone in the drive through for about 10 min and no one is ordering and when I had to leave the line because I was about to run out of gas I looked at the drive thru windows to see how many cars are there to see why the holdup, and NO CARS at the windows. This is the 2nd time I’ve come to this location and had extremely poor service. Never again.
