The last two times, I have got a McChicken from there is had no chicken patty, this time I had a patty but it was a disaster... But at least I could eat it. All that being said the workers are always really polite and have good customer service! The inside/lobby always looks really clean and taken care of as well! Just need to work on the McChicken situation!
I’d choose to stop at a different location. If you enjoy saltless overdone fries, this is your spot - fries were straight brown. Took about 15 minutes to get 1 fry and a mcchicken, both kind of cold. Almost fell on my back due to the large ice spots in front of the door as well.
Waited OVER 20mins curbside to then bring the food home and burger was RAW. Today is 12/1/21 and placed the mobile order at 6:06pm. Service here is always horrible, employees do not know what customer service is and the wait is ALWAYS LONG. Food this time especially was disgusting and RAW had to spit it out upon first bite.
98% of the time I go through the drive thru and it's not often they screw up my order!!! For people who get paid $18 an hr they should be able to get the orders correct!
Oh no! This place is usually understaffed, and is the opposite of "fast" food : Waited 15mins in the "waiting lane" for my sausage, egg biscuit and coffee. They gave me a BACON egg biscuit and forgot my coffee had to walk back in to get it. Someone get this location a manager!!
Never enough pickles. When someone orders Xtra Xtra pickles, That means I want a pickle burger with a meat patty on it... Because their pickles are the best fast food pickles hands down.Food: 1/5
It was freezing in there. Every customer, including us, told the employees they were cold. The employees shrugged and did nothing. One couple sat outside in the cold wind because it was actually warmer than inside.Food: 5/5
very very impressed! had the nicest gentleman in the drive through that deserves a raise! please and thank you with an amazing attitude at 8pm on a saturday night! give this man a raise! mid 40-50s with glasses didn’t catch his name:/ very happy
Great little McDonald's to eat at. Love coming to get food from this particular location cause it's fast, always fresh and hot. What more can you ask for, well..... along with the perfect food presentation, you get great friendly staff and always fun to chat with. Comes naturally to them to make the best environment they can for everyone and they do. Of coarse we'll be back. Thanks to all the staff and managers. This location makes the small town McDonald's what it used to be. Keep it up gang:
Love it. Got the order right. Didn't bother asking for any ice cream because I didn't want to know if the machine wasn't working or not.... So I'm giving it 5 Stars for spectacular service and delicious food
