The fries they serve taste like it’s been sitting out all day. Yesterday was my last day ordering from here they gave us 3 quarter pounders that was super undone and when I called the manager knew the exact order I was talking about like they did it on purpose. This McDonald’s need new management and employees who will kindly serve to all race and not just theirs.
This McDonalds has been remodeled, making for a nice indoor dining experience. There's a big leather couch with dim lighting overhead, making for a relaxing environment. They have kiosks inside to order electronically, and the staff bring your meal right to your table. There are staff at the counter for in-person ordering if preferred. I used the app to secure points for future menu items. The app has great coupons, and you can link a card to pay automatically. Friendly staff and speedy service. QPC for the win. 10/10 recommend this location.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews, especially on local businesses… but ‍ We go get every Wednesday and it’s like they just can’t get it together. We ordered apples, a soda, and a large fry. It took 10 minutes to get our order. Apples are prepackaged, a soda is handing me a cup, and fries were ready to go and just needed to be put in the cardboard container. This order should have taken seconds to put together. Like I said, I wouldn’t leave a negative review unless it was REALLY bad. The above experience is repeated over and over again. I wish we had another fast food/drive through option.
This particular McDonald's does not have a self service drink fountain and they totally ignore the front lobby. After waiting five or six minutes, I observed that just like me, customers have to start hollering towards the kitchen to get someone's attention to come up and take orders. I also saw a number of people get impairment and say something like, "f&$@# this. I'll get something at the gas station." It is almost like the employees want people to just leave.
We stopped this evening and wish we hadn’t. This was the worst visit we’ve ever had at a McDonalds anywhere. The bathroom was a mess, the fries were terrible, the bacon cheeseburger we ordered didn’t have bacon or cheese on it, and we waited 23 minutes to get our food. There were at least 6 workers in the restaurant, so they were not horribly short staffed.
Ordered through the drive thru on our way through town. Had to go back because they forgot an item, but the fries were served nice and hot! Good for a quick bite!Food: 4/5
They had one of the lanes blocked off with a cone and I was like oh cool that lanes closed I'll go to the other one. Well somebody had drove around the cone and was waiting at the board for service. You're not gonna believe what type of vehicle it was. That's right a lifted truck. This knuckle dragger clearly couldn't tell what the cone was for. But after 3 cars went ahead of him he sure sped off into the distance. Food was tech for sure and hit the spot, I guess idiots are everywhere.
We stopped by for drinks on a road trip from Winona to the Twin Cities and found a McDonald's in need of better management. While fresh McDonald's coffee is famously piping hot, my coffee was barely warm. The counter near the registers was dirty with old drink spills and bits of fries see photo, and my young son wouldn't use the bathroom due to unflushed toilets that were attracting flies. There's a help wanted sign, so it may be understaffed...but it wasn't busy when we stopped there on an uneventful Monday night.
I love small town McDonald's, they have the best food! We stopped on our way to Rochester and I've never had such good McDonald's! Fresh and perfect! And delicious!Food: 5/5
Got 2 of the 3 orders wrong. Both were double ¼ pounders only got singles Staff was very friendly. Fries were cold. Giving this one a 3 out of 5Food: 2/5
