Always good food. Only very very rarely have had missing items because they were swamped, but never anything wrong. Usually a missing juice box for a kid, but that's it. Otherwise this is probably my favorite McDonald's out of the few we visit when we go on trips.Food: 5/5
Kioskording ordering was a pain in the butt. You couldn't buy an extra meal like a cheeseburger meal without buying two cheeseburgers when I tried to give them constructive criticism she told me I could find someplace else to eat and I wasn't being rude but she certainly was. Manager was very unprofessional. Needs to have some kind of sensitivity training will never go there again
This place is so awful,I have to check my order every single time they give me my food because of how much they ruin my food up. Just this morning,an employee named Ethan duby gave me a mcgrittle with one piece of bacon and nothing else on it. Or the other time he gave me a 3 piece instead of a 4 piece nugget OR the time my double cheeseburger was slanted off to the side and ruined. Beyond disgusted with this place to the max stink level. Always too much ketchup and always forgetting my straws.
About 9 am for breakfast, it was so good. Had steak sand, not greasy, good food and fast. The crew was busy Cleaning, wonderful to see. Thanks and Kudos to the team.Food: 5/5
Ordered the new crispy bacon ranch sandwich. It very little ranch sauce on there like a dab tabac casperson smile not friendly pop taste flat do not have time to return the stuff on my way home from work just threw it in the trash what a waste of $10
Honestly I don't know if they even look at their tab "shareables" on their mcdonalds app. Every time I order one something is missing...Ordered Big Mac bundle, missing both fries...ordered big Mac bundle a different day..MISSING A BIG MAC..even when my order is correct the food is mediocre at best. If youre heading up north, stop at the mcdonalds in Kawkawlin. Fresh and not made sloppy. Oh look 2 weeks later after this review and I have a 10 piece nugget and not a 20 piece nugget that comes with the classic cheeseburger pack...how can there be so many mistakes at one place..outrageous. smh
Easy off i-75 exit 212, they keep the surroundings in and out clean especially the restrooms. They try to keep up the pace with busy and hungry travelers. Always a line in the drive thru then, so go in where not as busy and or use thier app. This Mac has good quality fast food Vegetarian options: They serve various foods, that can be modified when asking for dietary restrictions. Parking: Large parking area to the right of entrance. Space for rigs, campers or whatever you pull.
Ordered a McDouble no cheese…I was given a double cheeseburger. I can’t eat cheese. Manager argued wether I ordered it with cheese or not. I said, just make me a double burger no cheese. He said, I’ll just give your money back- go somewhere else he said. I then threw the cheeseburger thru the window- I’ll never go there again. .
Had the best made McDouble and piping hot fries at 9pm. It was so satisfying after working all day and driving. Very friendly staff.
They got both mine and my boyfriends orders completely wrong. We ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and a sausage biscuit and they gave us the ham McMuffin for both. They also forgot the drink to one of our orders.
