Please supply a break room for your employees so I don't have to look at them laying and rolling around on booths, sneezing and coughing, and blasting videos on their phone while I'm eating. Thanks.
Great fast service. Good food. Only downside was the automatic hand dryer in the women's bathroom was on the fritz and scared my two little ones half to death.Food: 5/5
Stopped at drive thru 1st time in several months there was not anything on menu screen. I ordered from memory what I thought I wanted. Would have ordered more than a big Mac. Would have been nice to see if there may have been a deal. Possibly fries or something else. The person taking order was like oh well. So had to stop elsewhere to get rest of supper.
Still have people you can order from. Some of us older people prefer to order from a person. Very friendly and helpful workers here in Baraboo. Nice and clean including bathroom. ThanksFood: 5/5
Cashiers were laughing with each other because I didn't want to round up my total and then they put my fries in the bag completely upside down. Most of the people there are usually really nice so not sure what was going on today
I placed an order for breakfast on the app. When I finally got to the drive thru menu it was 2 mins after the breakfast time. I told the teller lady that I had a mobile order but it was for breakfast would they still be able to do the order. She said yes, no problem and to drive to first window. Got to the first window and could tell there was an issue but was told to go to the second window. I was then told to drive forward and a manager came out to talk to me 10 mins of waiting to tell me I can’t have my order it is too late and I would need to cancel the order thru the app. I told her that if the person that I originally spoke to at the menu would have told me that I would have just ordered from the lunch menu. Manager offered zero assistance and told me I can go back to the drive thru again if I want to order food. Just horrible waste of time and no service at all. I was only on a lunch break for work so had to go without food. Another time I placed an order on app for 2 burger meals and cookies. We get to the second window and are told there would be a wait on cookies and to drive up and wait for food. After 15 mins of waiting a child 14 comes out to tell us that it would be a long wait on the cookies is there something they could put in the order as a substitute. I said yes apple slices would be fine. Great, 8 more mins of waiting the teenager comes back out with just the apple slices, no cheeseburger meals. We say thank you for the apples but where is the rest of our order? My boyfriend was so mad at me for ordering cookies, I found the whole situation ridiculous. At the very least they could have upgraded the fries to a large or anything to appease us. After 40 mins of waiting total we got ok food. Management doesn’t seem to have any experience handling challenges. I gave a 3 because the other visits have been ok except for the one time I got a quarter pounder that was raw meat on the inside and made me not want mcdonalds for months I was so grossed out by it.
Food was gross and disgusting and so was the employee picking their nose and didnt even wash their hands made them make me another sandwich pay close attention people??!!Food: 1/5
This is my local McDonald's and I don't go there very often. Most of the staff that work here are pretty nice and I don't have any issues with that. However today the person who was taking the money at the drive-thru wasn't wearing any gloves and only a chin diaper... Everyone else seem to be wearing the appropriate equipment. This is primarily the reason why I don't go there very often... Ticket says no cheese and what does this thing have on it? Cheese! Very disappointing as usual. See you in another 12 months maybe you'll get it right then.
Take to long to get you food mine take like 15 min, when I check my order I was like 10 min away from the restaurant and see that I was missing 2 sandwiches, I order a coffee and they have sugar and cream by the fountain drink I have to ask for more. A older person Try to order on the front but the manager tell him to made the order in the kiosk, he replied to the lady that he can't do it He don't know how. After 10 minutes the person star doing he's order in the kiosk slow but was faster that the front counter person.
I went through drive-thru and I thought the service was pretty quick.Food: 3/5
