I don't mind waiting when everyone is short staffed; I get it but I waited 26 mins for a burnt chicken sandwich; which I tried to eat but could not. I got a refund with no apologies given. Rude is an understatement like it's OK for your staff to be like this because you know my situation will not hinder your business. Burger kings next door they have never been rude to me. Thank you though!!
This place is very short staffed. I waited 57 minutes for a big mac with crusty Karen hair in it Also not to mention the spiders above watching my every move had me scared for my life. Also while you eat you can watch the bugs fly around

I went through the drive-through and got two cheeseburgers and asked them to add bacon, which they said yes to, and it costed an extra $5. Checked the sandwiches before I left the parking lot, and saw there was no bacon. Went inside to get a refund and they said “Yeah we don’t have any bacon right now, but you can wait til it defrosts.” We waited in line in the drive-through for a little over 5 minutes, so you’d think they would have said something before charging me for the bacon they didn’t have. Normally wouldn’t care about something like this, but wanted my money back, even if it was just $5. Eventually got my refund but just wanted to add this to their reviews hoping others will avoid wasting their time there like I did!
Ordered 2 6 pc nuggets and sm fry. Was given and charged for 2 4pc. Nuggets were hard like cardboard and cold fries! Was there around 2 pm. Called to inform them of the issue and they didn’t seem to care! Do better!!
Our fries weren't really hot but our chicken nuggets were fine. BUT we sat there watching the young employees eating fries out of the fry bin, licking their fingers and reaching back in for more. When we approached them about it they denied what was going on and the young manager scooped the fries out throwing them away. My gf got a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle breakfast sandwich. I had a bite. The bite was too big, it seems, because she became upset with me. It tasted pretty good, though, so I'd do it again. Parking: I noticed a number of available parking spots, due to high turnover rate it seems.
One word- YUCK! Order for here on the kiosk and they throw it in a bag and let it sit there. Youll have to eventually go up and ask where your order is after 20 mins. They don't bring it to your table. Your burger will be undercooked and pink through out. Go to get your drink and the machines are covered in sticky goo syrup. Napkin holders empty.
Stopped here 2x in the last week traveling through the area. First time my quarter pounder was black and burnt under the cheese. The next time they over charged me for extra cheese on a quarter pounder with cheese that I did not ask for. Would I go there again yes but only to use the restroom not buy food cause it's not that far off the interstate I was traveling on.
God awful customer service. Kid in the purple hair is ignorant and rude as hell. Would not recommend going in there while they are working. Customer service can be a lot better.
