McDonald's

When completing my order I asked for a screen to visually check my order to see if it was correct. He said pull up to the first window. We paid for our order picked it up and realized it was wrong. There were no ice cream sundaes.

"Hermiston McDonald's doing well, very busy all the time and have happy and up sprit staff there food is fresh. However but they need to work together to make the place TEN TIMES BETTER "

Awesome customer service. It really does make a difference in all aspects.

The majority of the staff is young and they do a great job, however; management is overly stress and lack customer service skills. Now you are viewed as a number instead of a customer and they don't care if you are happy or not

McDonald's is a very nice place, totally dig it. But you guys suck on sauce.

At the time of this writing, in the valley a coffee any size is $1. Here, $1.49 for a small, over $2 for a large. There are lots of power plants nearby, and a giant river. Is it that expensive to get and heat water? For 3 large coffees, I could buy an entire can of folgers from wal mart!
