Gave us the wrong order. We ordered 50$ worth of food and didnt even get 1 thing we ordered.
Went through the drive thru a few weekends ago, & had the worst service from the young lady working the drive through mic. We were trying to decide our order we said hello, and there was maybe a 5 second pause and she kept repeating herself ever second asking "hello hello hello" very impatiently. We kindly asked for just a few seconds to get our bearings, & she rudely talked back saying "well you need to respond when spoken to". Ruined our morning. We then had to wait well over ten minutes for our food after we reached the window. We were given small orange juices rather than medium as part of our trios, while being charged a full price. How ironic to be rushed only to have to wait. This spot is in need of a strong manager & assistant manager who can get their staff in order. The ratings are atrocious. It's the only Macdonald's on the island, & they need to get their act together.
Tonight was a whole new Macdonald experience. Order was complet, quick and hot. I don't know what they changed but it was the right move! Still can't give them 5 stars but definitely deserves a jump to 3 Previous update:13 minutes to get my meal waiting in the car,. They served the car behind me in about 5 minutes. I ordered 2 happy meals, a poutine and a mcflurry. They forgot the extra cheese on the poutine.... Avoid it you can Update, 2 great examples of hamburgers being served many years after my initial post. Got to assume that after a few years they would have gotten things wording properly...... but clearly some things never change
Decided to stop at McDonald's for a sausage & egg McMuffin trio. I haven't been here for several months since the last time it took 45 minutes to get a Big Mac. There was only one car at the window and 2 cars ordering. 25 minutes later I got my order. This restaurant takes the word "fast" out of fast food.
The worse service EVER. It took over 1 hour to get our food. My boyfriend went inside since the drive thru line was so long. It took them over 1 full hour to get our food. The people that work there are rude. Everything about this Mc Donald’s is horrible. I would recommend driving to the west island instead of going to this horrible place.
People working over here are horrible. No matter if you are ordering from drive thru, in person or from uber, you will never get what you order and sometimes not even your order. Because most of the time there are things missing and if you order from uber, they will cancel your order. Its the 3rd time now that my order was canceled. And to be clear i ordered in there opening hours. Poor poor poor service.
They always ALWAYS get my order wrong. I'm not being difficult here. I just wanted a happy meal with a wrap and they give me nuggets or burgers instead. I highly suggest going to another McDonald's. This one really isn't good at all. Parking: Super hard to get into and out of
Resto was much cleaner than other McDonald's I have visited. Washrooms were super clean and modern. Food tasted like any other McDonald's, but as most other McD's, the presentation of the final product was messy. Sandwiches looked like they went through a shaker of some sort. Be aware, prices have increased a lot and although they have promotional offers they too are very pricey.
Been going here for awhile, almost always get order wrong. And can't be bothered to correct the mistakes. If you order mobile with app, they will pass an entire drive thru before they even get to your order. The management is a mess. Just avoid it and go to Dorion or surrounding areas.
This is the worst Mc Donalds in history!!! There is not one time I have been there without having mistakes in our order. The food is always cold, the drive thru takes forever!! This place really sucks!!!! Will not be going there anymore. You have lost my business.
