It's still a McDonalds, first place in my town to have two lane drive thru however.
The amount of times they have gotten my order wrong since they remade the building is ridiculous. I don't know what has changed but it's stupid.
Went through drive through today in Presque Isle, Maine-- found a long grey hair in fish sandwich - wet inside to exchange it - got a new sandwich without an apology......
The most disrespectful young man at the presque isle mcdonald's drive thru! Very rude , worst service I have ever delt with. Never stopping there again!!!
Usually great but occasionally food is rare or missing
Customer service was very poor, the food I received was put together poorly, the wait time took longer than expected, and management corrected me when I told them about the lot quality of the food and service I received by responding with the food was put together properly and the service is on que.
