Is 2 days in a row I order an iced caramel mocha and they give me a cup of milk with a splash of coffee in it Filled up to the top so it's already spilling out when they handed to me. Ordered 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and got 2 chicken sandwiches with no sauce no pickles nothing. Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant it needs to be closed. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong or or missing something entirely. Edit 8/13/22: Ordered a cheese burger happmeal for my kid. I was the only car in the line. Get home, theres no burger! Just bun, ketchap, pickle and cheese. Also ordered 2 Double Cheese Burgers, recieved 2 mcdoubles, but was charged for Double Cheese Burgers. These people are beyond lazy and need to be replaced. When your reviews are 90% negative that should tell you all you need to know. Needs all new staff. Edit 11/16/22: ordered the new "double blt" sandwich. When i picked it up out of the box everythibg fell out the aide because there was FAR TOO MUCH SAUCE. I was basically goven a soup sandwich. This place is terrible at LITTERALLY EVERYTHING THEY DO
I took my son here for his first job interview. I decided to give in and walk-in, to possibly place an order and be discreetly nosey. I was impressed by the greeting that I received. And also the attentiveness of my presence inside the lobby. The restaurant was clean in appearance and all team members that I encountered were well spoken and professional. I ordered and everything was as fresh as I ever could've hoped. I must admit. I don't do fast food much at all for health reasons. But, this visit turned out to be worth it.
The heat was not working but everyone was very friendly and my daughter had a wonderful time in the play place. She didn't mind that it was chilly. The food was hot and fresh. The play place was a little dirtier than I would like her socks were dirty by the end, but there was hand sanitizer nearby and it was at least cleaner and warmer than a playground. Kid-friendliness: I like that the play area is divided so smaller kids can play separately from bigger kids. There's more for bigger kids to do. The bathroom also has a large changing table in the wheelchair accessible stall. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible stall in the bathroom.
Above and beyond customer service. came here for the play place and the woman taking our order brought it to us because she noticed we were busy with the kids. Then, i ordered the wrong chicken sandwich and they overheard me talking about it and made me a new one free of charge when it was my fault to begin with. exceeds every expectation you have for a mcdonald’s. clean, fast, awesome. will be back for sure.
Filthy. There were no cashiers - we had to order on the disgusting menu ordering board. The kitchen crew was playing music that included the frequent use of the "n" word and a ton of "f" words and other obscenities, which I found inappropriate for my 11 year old. But even given the music, the kitchen was filthy. They shorted us two burgers, which we wouldn't have caught if we had gone through the drive-through. The fries were not fresh. It was obvious that there was zero management, and zero pride from the employees or the owners. Overall, a disgusting experience.
My interaction in the drive through tonight... Her: Go ahead with your order Me: I'll have a 2a meal with a sweet tea no ice Her: We don't have sweet tea. Me: Well do you EVER have sweet tea or do you not serve it, because this is like the third time in a row I have been here that you don't have it. Her: Yes we do have it but are only doing unsweetened tea right now. Me: Ok well it just seems like you never have it. Sigh Then how about an orange with no ice? Her: Ok I am not going to take your order because you are being rude. Me: No I'm not. I just sat there for a few moments with no response before driving off thinking to myself "What just happened?" Not the first time I have had bad service at this location but this one takes the cake!
Was looking forward to standard McD's Ice cream and Apple pie. The apple pie was cold. I saw an employee eating something I think it was soft serve? at the counter and was surprised employees are allowed to take breaks and eat in the food prep area. She then handed a soft serve cone to the guy handing us our order, which looked fine but it made me doubt the cone we got. Not saying she ate from our order, but employees handling food shouldn't be allowed to eat while working, it can make the customer doubt the integrity of the food and the food service practices of the restaurant.
Very impressed by this McDonald's. There was only one person at the counter, so things were slow, but he was friendly and the play area was impressive. The food was as good as good as any other McDonald's I have been to.Food: 4/5
Every time we go there they forget something. This time fries cold as ever. Forgot sauces. Forgot two sandwiches. This place literally sucks. They need better employees who don’t sit on their phones and do nothing
Greeted at the drive through intercom with "Whatchu want?" Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and 2 ham egg and cheese McMuffins. But I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and 2 sausage egg McMuffins. Got the order corrected inside but didn't even get a sorry.Food: 2/5
