Slow service. Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Go to other one on Blvd. This one in Dewitt is horrible. McDonald's you need to get it together. Sorry location. Sorry service. Food was old. Order was wrong as well.
Thought stopping by with the children would be "fun" with the play place...but the lobby was filthy. The tables and floor surrounding the area were dirty and had spilled red and blue slushie. I informed the Manager while there and the entire 30 min duration no one cleaned up or even placed a "wet floor" sign out for SAFELY
Really. For 3 Large fries $10.80 for FRIES!!! I can cook a large bag for less than that. I did buy 1small and 1 large@ almost $6.00. Come on McDonald's.
We had to pull ahead and wait for 15 minutes for 2 sweet teas... when I we t in to see why it was taking so long...there were 6 people waiting to be served and employees were just standing around...the drive through was backed up too!! Poor service!!

Got charged $20.16 tonight for a large quarter pounder meal and 2 fish sandwiches. Questioned them and she had a vague answer. Didnt know prices right then, but now know it was BS.
Went through the morning drive-thru and they were very polite. Food was delicious.
Drive thu rep was rude and kept talking over me! Food was wrong cause she wasnt listening and they would fix my order.
If I could only once just once get my right order without them guys lying to me I would be happy but it will never happen cuz all I want to do is just argue with you they're good at that
Bürger was salty af. couldn't even finish it. fries were OK though.
