McDonald's

Nicely located McDonald’s with decent customer service even though they forgot two sandwiches from my order. Unfortunately the vegan offering is almost inexistent meaning that there isn’t much that I could have there. Overall, good McDonalds with a nice view on the square below but definitely not a vegan-friendly place which is not case in other countries where McDonald’s have a better vegan offering.

This location is very clean and the service is quick. Both times I went, my food was prepared in less than 10 minutes. Good job.

If i could give zero stars as a feedback , in this moment I would DEFINITELY. I work in the gastronomie aswell and I know that some stuff MAY happen SOMETIMES, but THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.. MY COFFE WAS FULLFIED WITH HAIR OUTSIDE AND INSIDE… how this could happen I really don’t understand.. How i also cannot understand is the personal that delivered to the table my coffe and didn’t noticed something like this. I’m horrified . My suggestion to every McDonald’s , especially to this one in particular is to watch better on the hygiene and that the hair from the workers are good tied and covered. I saw people without the hat preparing stuff and cooking, how is that even possible!? Definitely will never come again and I will suggest to every person that reads this feedback to have always a better look before and check the status of the food two/three times before eating.

Worst case Xperience here , food was really cold and bread used are also not good . Cheese condition you can see here in photo, Will never recommend here on this palace and they have to improve .

One of the best organised McDonald's restaurants I've been to. I got my order fast, even though it was a rush hour, the place was very crowded, and I've had a special request. They did however forget about bacon in my burger, but I got another one in a matter of minutes from my complaint and I didn't even have to stand up from my table for that.

I ordered a vegi salad and the peace of ”meat“ was not cut up at all, if i were going home i could cut it up myself but with the wooden knivenew take away knive i really had no chance on cutting it up like that and the experience was ruined. I payed 10 franks for a salad and I really could have expected it to be ready to eat. :

Weird McDonald's branch.The shift manager asks for the cash register receipts and doesn't just let anyone into the restaurant. So I had trouble getting to my table because I wanted to order from the table and not from the machine or the understocked cash register. Unfortunately not really a good experience. Have never experienced that I was controlled in a Mc whether I bought something. Furthermore, this is one thing, but you could at least ask in a friendly tone. I then took my order and ate outside. Too bad. Vegetarian options: cant say Kid-friendliness: cant say Parking: not good Wheelchair accessibility: possible, but hard Dietary restrictions: yes i think they have

Sometimes I feel a strange smell on my burger. Probably the grill pan is not cleaned properly/regularly.

Worst Mc Donalds in Zürich I tried it two times and I got the same result. Don’t even bother to order a Coca Cola for drink, they’ll give you one which they made maybe an hour ago or more. The food doesn’t taste good and the shakes, just pure milk taste nothing else even though I ordered a strawberry milkshake. I’m not going ever again!!

I have tried Macdonald's almost accross 6 Europen countries, all Gulf countries, 3 African countries and 4 Asian countries. I would say Macdonald's Zurich is on of the top. The food quality, cleanness, staff almost everything Food: 4/5
