In the drive thru line, we noticed cost seemed low and double checked it when paying. The order was wrong and we paid what we expected which was $4.00 more than the original cost. At the pick up window we asked them to double check the order for what we paid for. She looked at the order screen and confirmed it. We ended up with a wrong order - two cheese burgers instead of a double cheeseburger with extra cheese. Also the bacon ranch chicken was terrible. It was over cooked and had a barely visible smudge of sauce. Not at all as advertised, "with a generous spread". Very dissapointing.
After many seconds of silence and me saying “hello” into the speaker I finally got a worker to take my order. I asked for a Shamrock Oreo McFlurry and I got a normal Oreo McFlurry, which isn’t that bad but instead of the normal size cup it came half full in an oatmeal cup. The spoon had green water spots on the top. I also had to wait at the window for around 4 minutes even thought it wasn’t busy and I had a small order.
UPDATE: June 2019. I stopped in the middle of the day and staff was not very good. One lady cut in front of me and appeared to know the cashier. They talked for about 5 minutes before someone saw I was waiting and took my order at another register. That was very annoying to me. I pass through on my way to Peoria frequently and this is the best McDonald’s along my route. I’ve fortunately never received an incorrect order and the staff is friendly. The store gets slightly behind during busy lunch times but I’ve never had an uncomfortably long wait. They’ve updated quite a bit but I wish it was kept a little cleaner. The pictures are from a late light visit on the weekend so I could understand after a large crowd why it would appear messy.
I went to this Mcdonalds yesterday for lunch . It was around 11:30 and not very busy at all. i was standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes without being waited on. The whole time I was waiting there there were 3 managers and 1 worker by the drive threw window that all turned and seen i was standing there waiting to place my order and did NOT come to take my order !!!!! so i left and went to Caseys. What a LAZY work force.....
No service. Order at a kiosk but have to stand at register to pay cash. I understand that no one wants to work, but why have 6 people cooking if you have no counter help. 5 people working drive thru and shuttling meals out to waiting cars. Drive thru customer more important? Obviously.Food: 3/5
I went here to purchase the Big Mac meal and happened to find my baby daddy there I was quite pleased to finally find him since he had ghosted me about 2 years prior once we had our third child together and blocked me on absolutely everything I was devastated he never gave me a penny of Child Support I confronted him and he told me he didn't remember who I was and that I was delusional I do have a few mental disorders but that doesn't change the fact that he was so rude to me yelling at me to leave him alone or else he was going to call the police McDonald's I'm quite disappointed you've allowed such horrible people to work at your establishment and I am demanding you fire this man immediately I am also requesting a free Big Mac since he never handed me my order claiming it belonged to another customer. Do Better

My fries were not cooked properly and were disgusting. The chicken nuggets were cold. Very disappointing.
Never open before 6/630. Even tho hours state 430am. Won't tell you they're closed just make you sit. Might want to update hours if you never are gonna be open. They mess up order 100% of the time. Multiple times have order kids chicken nugget happy meal to be told they don't have a nuggets meal. Have to order it all separately. Like I'm asking for the happy meal not normal adult combo. Then the next time I can get the happy meal. I never have high hope for McDonald's but for the past 8 months, I've lived here my whole life, it has been horrible. Attitude and arguments for no reason. Not open before 6 like all I'm trying to get is a drink, and they can't even say hey were not open yet even tho it says we open at 430.
Disgusting.... Three of us came in for lunch. We spent about $28. I asked for a Lg sweet tea. There wasn't any in the lobby. They used the headset and asked for a medium sweet tea. It was NOT SWEET TEA!!! Then I asked for no onions on my sandwich... There were onions all over it... I asked at the counter they made a new one but it took at 7 minutes or so. Everyone else was almost done eating... Plus, pretty much every table had food/trash on it. The floor too!! We asked to talk to the manager, the young lady went and let the manager know.... Instead, they just sent someone to clean up the tables. By the time we get done eating, the manager never show up to talk to us!!! The worst customer service ever!! And in Metamora IL, where most everyone holds everything to high quality...
