I understand being short handed so make it up with good customer service. I'm getting where I don't even go to McDonald's anymore. Service is so very slow and most times food is cold.Food: 4/5

The lady that took our order was real unfriendly and I chose not to fix a wrong order because I didn't want to have to go to her to do it but overall the food was nice and hot and the other employees seemed friendly Kid-friendliness: They always have what my daughter will eat and she is a VERY picky eater!

The early manager older lady with short hair is beyond rude! Everytime we come through. She practically throws our food at us and gives us nasty looks! You're too grown to be acting that way, especially when you're a manager. We've complained and even the employee told us how she acts like that to even the employees.. how sad ! Should really get someone with more people skills. You don't act like that
Not only did they give our order to another customer, it took 25 minutes to replace our order. Terrible service.
Got the steak egg and cheese mcgriddle and the steak egg and cheese mcmuffin and both were great, but the mcgriddle outshined the mcmuffin. Didn't take a picture unfortunately. I was driving home with the goods and I was starving lol.Food: 5/5
The food was Great but the best part was their nice service! Kid-friendliness: They had a lot of enjoyable toys! Dietary restrictions: They had options for diet pop, and I really appreciate that.
They too could improve on service and food prep. Some times your order is exact and hot. Other times, you wait, and wait and then there is times when nothing is as you want it or hot. Today we stopped to get a bit to eat. We ordered and paid. When we got to the pick window we were told to go to the window order spot they would bring our foo to the car Went to the spot in the front of the building. We waited 15 plus minutes. The food came out, but they had not gotten our drinks. She went back got our drinks but with ice in the drinks. They had a full crew or more then they do when you have to wait a while. We are not happy to have to wait that long or they not getting the order out as it was ordered. They were busier than they had been but had a crew enough that should have been able to get the food out in a reasonable amount of time with the order being correct from the screne. It is about the same. They are still sliw waiting and getting your food out to you also the food is ward not hot. That has to change, you pay a high price you should have your food hot not warm. Hopefully you people will get quicker as they work a little more and gret the ideal that "they are servicing the public and expect better results from them.
