I'm rating this at a 3 because the night shift is horrible! But the morning staff is textbook. They're amazing! They remember their customers, they read orders and execute them correctly, not just quickly. The night staff makes me wanna pull my hair out. I don't think they're even trying. We've taken orders back to be corrected 3 times in a row, and they still don't get it right. So we've given up. They gave my child black coffee for a happy meal order. They always have attitude at the drive thru, both in taking orders and giving your food. I guess we'll just take our money elsewhere for dinner.
Northfield MN location... clean and fast. For some reason the ice cream cone is better here vs other locations as it is creamy... not sure why other location is more like water with flavor like the one at MN3 and CR42Food: 4/5
ive been to mcdonalds multiple times before but this is a new one. i ordered 6 large fries but i didnt realise it would end in me going to the hospital. the fries where overwhelmingly salty and pared with the signature water that makes there watery fries i thought i was going to die. i was rushed to the hospital. i have to say this was one of the most blood pumping experiences i will defiantly be back for more!
Every time i’m through this location, my order is either wrong, cold, and usually it’s both. It seems the dining room is usually closed due to staffing issues and i can’t blame anyone for not wanting to work here. Worst place in town.
Tanya is always at the drive thru cashier spot and I’ll tell you what I’ve never seen a more efficient and customer focused McDonald’s employee. I think she’s great and she’s the reason they get five stars today
Ordered through app for pick up, simple order , 2 sausage muffins a Coffee and hash brown. I get home to find one of the sandwiches is a biscuit. I dont care for them so i drive back go through drive thru to replace sandwich after i had called to notify of the issue. Sandwich wasn’t ready and when i get home the sausage patty was burnt and cold So i dont feel that i have to drive back a 3rd time. Now im here letting you know to triple check your orders before you leave cause is not their job. Is not the first time this has happened and they always offer a coupon in mail that i never receive. Good luck
As far as McD's go, this is probably the best one I've ever had food from. It was very obviously hot and fresh. Good service, and fast Food: 5/5
They have a heavily inclined entrance and exit. Today was the first real snow and people are having trouble getting in. But more importantly, they are sliding into traffic exiting. The manager today informed me that there is nothing they can do until their "guy" shoes up to plow. I shouldn't have to say this to a large corporation, but you are still very liable whether or not your "guy" shows up. McDonald's can afford road salt and a shovel, take care of business. My attorney would gladly take any new clients until then. You've lived in Minnesota long enough to know that you put salt down before it turns to ice, not after.
Didn't screw up my order, tasted good, and got it relatively quick. Can't ask for too much more then that nowadays. Left atmosphere blank as I went through drive-thruFood: 4/5
Always have very friendly workers and never a bad meal
