Our orders are usually right and food is fresh. Usually service is fast here. We have had the occasional issue using the app here. One time, they charged me twice for an order I put through on the app. They told me they refunded it, but it never got refunded to my credit card.Food: 5/5
Ordered a steak bagel meal but sub sausage at the speaker that way I still get the onions and the breakfast sauce on my sandwich. They rang it up correctly at the speaker but after we paid looking at the receipt it was changed to a sausage bagel meal which I know does not have onions or sauce on it. So at the next window I asked the worker to make sure my bagel had onions on it. It's a good thing I said something because they did not have onions on it already. Then looking at my sandwich as we left I realized they didn't have any breakfast sauce on it either!! Overall very disappointed. I ordered it that way for a reason. Maybe next time just leave the order how I ordered it at the speaker.
Manager was very rude. I ordered 2 Carmel Sundays and both were less than half full now this is shif Manager or Manager making them so I asked could you put more ice cream in she said no and shut the drive thru window. Very rude and un professional she said she worked for McDonald's for 9 years.
My orders are always wrong, no one smiles or says thank you, absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone too, every time. Also WORST coffee every single time I “give it another try” NOPE can’t even make an iced caramel coffee, so terrible I hate this place so much.
We had help from wheel chair people for my mil who had a stroke , they were wonderful ! I was also pleased as I didn't know my way around tuscon Airport and they took us exactly where we needed to go, NO WORRIES for myself, or my mil. We are very appreciative of this service! Excellent customer service and management here was awesome. Food was good and hot
The older gentleman who is supposed to be cleaning the tables has been harassing me the entire time I've been here trying to work without distractions... He continues to bother people around the lobby who are clearly uncomfortable with how personable he is trying to be. He is currently sitting at the table across from me furiously scrubbing while staring daggers at me, and all because I'm incredibly busy with work and didn't feel like engaging him in a conversation about him. And this is not the first time I've encountered this employee doing this to people, just the first time he's aimed himself at me in a menacing way.
Ordered a QPC meal. I asked for the order to be cooked fresh. I was told all the QPC are cooked fresh to order. When I received the order it does not seem to be very hot. The cheese seems to have sat for a short time. I usually do not have to wait, it is usually ready when I reach the window. Comparatively @ other MCD's burgers received are juicy, hot and a little greasy as if it just came off the grill. Just pointing out the differences. I guess I really don't believe that my burger is dropped on the grill when I place my order. Maybe I will shop the alternative.

I thought this McDonald's was really good! It was very clean, our food was fresh and very good. Even though it was like 10:27 am. We wanted breakfast. We got bacon egg and cheese biscuits, an orange juice and a frappe. We were very satisfied
