I ordered the #8, and when they delivered my meal, it wasn't what I ordered. The woman was very rude and responded, "I just deliver it. You need to talk to her." I went to the front, and the manager was equally rude, like it was my fault. These weren't young kids. They were old enough to know better! Where has customer service gone? Terrible, terrible, terrible image for McDonald's!
There's a very small play area inside for kids, it's enough for some fun. Mobile ordering and pickup is spot on. They handle busy periods well and have only had a few minor mistakes with orders. Solid McDonald's location. Kid-friendliness: Play area for the kids. Parking: Usually you can find a spot but it's connected to a Meijer parking lot so if need be you can park there.
Gave me the wrong drink and took a crazy long time for the food, but best of all was the filet o fish sandwich that was clearly dragged upon the bottom of everyone’s shoe before putting the food in the bag. Gross!

Fries were old. Chicken was cold and dried out. Asked if we could order an extra chocolate milk when we got to the drive through pick up. They said no, we'd have to drive around the building or come in. Not convenient as we had all the grandkids with us after sledding. Kid-friendliness: They were not helpful. Forgot one of the kid drinks and they wouldn't let us order it at the pick up window.

Food was typical McDonalds quality, maybe slightly better since it was lunch rushusually fresh food comes out during rushes. My complaint is the cost, my family stopped drinking sugary drinks and get water most everywhere now. Full drink price for water??? Most sitdown diners/restaurants give free water. McDonalds is the only place I've heard of that charges for tap water, and it's not just a quarter or so to recover cup costs, it's the full price. Tap water was 40% of my bill. I'll be going somewhere else for tap water.
Clean store, but slow service. I have had items missing or incorrect items in my drive-through orders on at least 3 orders in the last month! They need to step up their game.Food: 3/5
Staff is always super nice. I really enjoy going to this McDonald's.
