Honestly, very slow. Waited for 10 minutes to order and another 7 minutes for two drink. In the end the vanilla chaï was just the neutral base for the slushy. When I asked about it, the employee answered with attitude that it was one. The cashier was good and patient.

Ownership needs to put more people on the schedule. Sunday morning in a tourist area only had 3 employees. They were doing their best but this is an ownership issue. Get involved!
