There's a good reason I don't take my kids out to eat often. I paid $23.60 for my son and I to eat tonight, 2 medium big Mac meals and shakes. McDonald's used to be affordable. I kept my receipt because it will most likely be the last time we go there. Disappointed for sure and although the food was good, I can't afford that luxury anymore. Times have definitely changed
The service was horrible here. They were not rude or mean, but it shouldn't take 10 minutes to get your food at a fast food joint. Food is pretty much standard across the board, so there no complaints in that regard. I even noticed the drive thru orders took forever too. Watched a few cars sit for minutes at the wait area for long periods of time for their order. Don't think I'll be coming back.
The last 4 times we've used this location, they have messed up the orders through the drive-thru. Order a biscuit sandwich and they give you a mcmuffin. Order a crispy chicken sandwich and get a chicken patty. Order anything without an item and they put on extra. ALWAYS double check your order here before leaving the service window.Food: 3/5
It's been over 15 years since I've had a quarter pounder with cheese fries and coke. Everything was fresh off the grill. McDonald's your quality hasn't changed the burger was FANTASTIC YUMMY
I had a 1/4 pounder deluxe. It was prepared well and had good flavor. The staff was friendly and fast. I don’t do fast food often, but I was happy with this place.
Went through their drive through which was very busy but went quickly. Service was great and my order was accurate!
I mean, it's good. It's McDonald's. Customer service is decent, nothing above and beyond and atmosphere the same, food the same just unhealthy af. Most fast food locations. Any one, any place seems to forget ordered items when handing the bag out the window and waving you out of there, this place has done it a few times. Pretty busy being off highway 224 Milwaukie expressway, taco bell next door always is busy as well, McDonald's seems to keep up the speed and efficiency better. Kid-friendliness: The offer usda organc Honest apple juice, apples and toys that distract the little ones for at least a little bit and make them happy and excited to get a present each visit with their happy meal. Parking: Decent parking lot, if not in the McDonald's lot plenty of parking all around avaialble from other businesses that won't tow you for parking there. Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty sure it's wheel chair accessible.
Drive thru went very smoothly tonight, looks like everyone is using the app. so that helps. Didn't have to ask them to put my cone upside down in a cup tonight, guess they're getting used to meFood: 4/5
Food is always hot and ready with no issues at this location. People seem friendlier than most Micky-Dee's! Food: 5/5
The happy meal didn't cure my depression and when I asked for a refund the lady at the counter just cried. I felt so badFood: 5/5
