Only drive thru is available, but the 2 lines moved quickly and staff very friendly. But the best part was,THEY GOT MY ORDER CORRECT!!! Everything was as ordered!! Not often that happens anymore.
This was a nice McDonald’s that was not far off of the highway. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. There was a steady stem team of customers coming in. Good place to stop and grab a bite to eat.
I explained to the drive thru attendant that she had given us the wrong drink. She reassured me it was the right drink. I had to further explain we ordered an unsweetened tea and the drink I was handing back was a coke. Felt like my intelligence was being questioned.
I love the food there soon much yummy I wanna be there again and again every time I'm alive! Good work and happy Thanksgiving!
Good service and good food
drive through is so slow ! i heard every time the manager tells employees to work faster they go slower to be ignorant to the manager. no clue why those people dont get fired ! as time goes by Newport McDonald's is getting worse in food and service speed. its no longer fast food .
We got beverages only. Little wait time however not enough ice in my Coke. Some may like this way ie, getting more soda but I love my Coke over ice.
Good and fast in and out like old times
Food was fresh and hot. Frys had salt on them too.
If I could give zero Stars I would. Check your receipts. Ordered and was supposed to get 14.08 only got 6 after getting 11 when my order was 5.91. And then sat waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes. And then they put lettuce on my burger
