Nothing better than hearing an f-bomb from behind the counter when you're eating dinner with your family. I understand they got used to people not being inside since COVID. But now your dining room and lobby is opened maybe be respectful for families.. especially with a 10-year manager on staff the place is definitely slipping
Aitkin Egg & Cheese! I have stopped here multiple times on the way through for a quick bite. Usually order through the app or the kiosk so I haven't interacted with the staff much. That said, everyone is generally in a good mood when I have been in. Clean Bathrooms. I cannot stress this enough, this is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have been inside of! This is fast food, not a five star restaurant. Keep your expectations in check.

Unfortunately there isn't an option to give zero stars! Very unhappy! They constantly get the orders wrong, cold, soggy, flat soda! I mean the list goes on. Cancel McDonald's and maybe add a taco bell or something. This place is a joke and I will not go back!
Every time I go there they give me old dried out or burned old food. Or they get my order wrong. Today I got Frappuccino and their was Carmel qll over the outside of the cup and wrong lid that didn't fit. Biscuits were hard as rock and sasage was burned and hardold. 35 dollars. What a waste.
Not from Aitkin was hungry so we stopped. We walked in and was told that we need to use the kiosk we did not want to do we wanted someone to take our order as I have never used it and have a food allergie. Was told in a cocky attitude that it will be awhile. Had to pay for my order at the counter cause I was paying with cash. This all happen at 6:27 pm. My husband went to sit down and a worker walked out and said I have chairs there for a reason it is blocked off. At 6:27 and where do you want us to sit. Very unprofessional and will never return.
I don't eat at McD's often. And I gotta say that I really don't care for the new look that they have. The food was ok at best, but the staff were very nice & friendly.Food: 3/5
My bill was $11.53, I thought I gave the teller $21.53 so I would get a ten dollar bill back. I accidentally was one cent short. Instead of asking me for another penny she fave me $9.99 in change. Then it took 14 minutes to get my food. I'll never go back to this location. Incompetent and slow.

Love the smile and happiness that is shared when you drive up and pickup your order. That gentleman is a real peach!!
