I’ve been waiting on the drive thru for two and a half hours. I got here at 11:30 and it’s now 2:00 in the morning and I’m still multiple cars behind. The employee was being *reasonably* difficult but a 3 hour queue for a McDonald’s is insane. I get it’s late but this location is open 24 hours. Don’t bother.
Fast seriously to many time slow. Have curbside for no reason I have many time waiting and I have to go inside to get my food very very bad service
They just remodeled the place, try it and it's just as bad if not worse. How hard is it to get an order correct when it's there in black and white? Ordered a big Mac there was no sauce, the fries were ice cold, hubby ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese we was pulled up sat there for 25 minutes finally got the burger with cheese it was already cold and his fries was cold had to do the whole order over and the girl gave us attitude and said we need the old food back so we can throw it out. Dude I could have taken that food to one of the motels for homeless and gave it to someone. There are 3 motels close by with people that would appreciate it, the garbage don't appreciate it . But he couldn't eat it because of his lactose intolerance. And I can't eat their food period.
Service was slow, I had to wait awhile to be taken care of. Remodel is very nice. Food was good.Food: 5/5

Very rude customer service, had to swear because we didn't want an egg on our mcgriddle. Received an egg mcgriddle any that was burnt and dried out, Hash browns were hard and crispy..never coming back

This is a McDonald’s right off Route 17. Easy to get a burger then get back on the highway. Liberty town must have seen better days a long time ago. Not much else to do here.
New building is cold and uninviting. People even they only want drive-thruFood: 3/5
