Food was very fresh but the service was very slow. My fault though. I think I went during their busiest time and I was looking for something quick. Next time I will pay more attention to the time of day.Food: 4/5
I order a large fries with no salt and I receive one with salt and it was cold .I am very dissapointed with the restaurant in Riviere du loup. The quality of the service and food is really bad
Very much disappointing! Horrible! We only ordered only 4 coffees. And waited for half of an hour, and they forgot our order! This location hired two little kids, and they could not at all handle the coffee, even couldn’t put the cream in! And they served all orders behind, even we handed the order slip to the manager! So angry we feel! DO NOT come to this place!
All I was after on our travels was a piping hot coffee, and it was lukewarm at this McDonald's. Most times I would give McDonald's coffee 5 stars.
This is the only McDonald's in town. A nice modern facility for locals and vacationers off the Trans Canada Highway. Open 24 hours.
As an American I'm disgusted, like someone has forgot the trash cleaning duty ALL DAY! For a very small town with nothing going on. This isn't acceptable for any McDonalds standards!
Wrong order... Dirty restaurant... Virtually no service.... Worst experience
Horrible. Had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Did not even end up leaving with our entire order. They had to stop taking orders to catch up. Issue with the eggs. People just running around super unorganized. They were not able to refund the missing order items.
Speakers ARE TOO LOW in drive tru. Was passenger , window down and leaning over the driver not french speaking and she could not hear me so got out and walked to the speaker. Also NO MENU in driveway, as she was telling me : number 3? Said no idea and repeated what I was looking for. Had to wait out of line for order. Did not mind as everything was hot for 3 full breakfast, and order was right.
They messed up my order. I ordered spicy chicken blt, they forgot to put chicken in my blt. All the kids seem not liking working there or something. They are slow and non organized. The manager could do better to improve it
