Asked for specific items to be removed from burger NO pickles the special order label read opposite they had pickles when I asked to not have them. Fries with out salt was another special request took over 10 minutes for this. Why do they even put so much salt on to begin with, can add but can't take away theory. Asked for orang pop they gave me orange juice at 6pm ! Then charged me for it as a 2 upcharge. They did give me an orange pop for free I kept the juice as I paid for it. Bums were not fresh for the prices they charge quality sure has disappeared. Dietary restrictions: Less salt please don't have to overdo it
Large fry had the amount of a small fry in it. Waste of money. Also charged us for an extra sauce... shouldn't it be one sauce per fry for free? Also got part of our order wrong. Just bad all around.
Absolutely the greatest experience I have ever had at a McDonald's! Isac had some of the best customer service I have ever had at any place! He goes above and beyond and everytime I saw him he had a smile on his face!
Ridiculous wait time in the drive thru. Shake seemed rather "watery," and most of the whipped cream was melted down.Food: 1/5
Thanks for being in Wadena location! This is a handy stop on our way to Rochester often! Blessings to the older lady who brought our food out to spot number 4 on Jan 2nd. She was such a sweet person and a wonderful welcome personality to great people! I wish I had her name. We will be back!Food: 5/5
Just a normal, average McDonald’s. Nothing special to give it 5 stars but nothing bad happened either.
Rude service 12:52 got order waited 5 min or more was asked to pull up and wait but funny thing other cars got there food but we had to wait then one lady came out no smile no friendly smile all rude and didn't come up to car all way and said alright and very rude the cashier was nice we got 3 cheese burgers n small fry
Nice ppl. The food doesn't seem to be fresh sometimes. Service is usually fast but sometimes slower but I get that as they r busy when that happensFood: 2/5
Everything was good for the most part, but please. I went to the drive-through, and ordered something, it wasn’t repeated back to me, and apparently my order was completed without my say in it. She didn’t ask “Would you like anything else?” Or tell me my total. She thought I was a new customer when greeted again. Finally got the rest of my order through, but come on. That makes me feel flustered and frustrated. Like, What happened? I can’t order more than one product? Please be a bit more patient with the customers.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and the only thing on the sandwich was a soggy bun and a piece of chicken. Nothing like the picture showed. Fries were pretty soggy and it seemed like it was sitting for hours in grease. Didn't get ketchup with them so I was a little bummed when I found out on the road. After about 4 hours I felt uneasy and sick. About puked but swallowed it. Don't wish this on anyone.
