ordered two Happy meals for my sons and a Big Mac totalling £8.27, ordering on the screens in store. I waited for over half an hour and discovered that the order had somehow been lost! The whole scene behind the counter looked chaotic with nobody in charge and about 15 delivery drivers waiting for Just Eat pick ups. I gave my receipt to a member of staff who said they would look into the order and waited another 20 minutes for nothing, no info on the screens. It was getting to late for my 4 year old to eat, so I gave up, absolutely fuming.
Relatively fast service all things considered. Have had orders wrong multiple times. Not just little things either; significant things either wrong or missing entirely which require sending the food back and asking for a replacement. Nice interior and staff are mostly friendly. Would recommend but don't be surprised if it's not perfect. Parking: Always a good amount of spots. Car park is a bit cramped though regarding access.
Not 'Fast Food'. Desperately slow service. The place was almost empty when we arrived. We ordered from our table on the app. From the time we placed our order, it took 25 minutes to get our meals. In this time, only one other table was served, but staff all seemed focused on serving a constant stream of cars coming through the drive through and people collecting JustEat orders. When it did arrive, my burger was stone cold, although the fries were fresh and hot, and we were then told they had now sold out of the drink my son wanted milk, presumably since we placed the order, and we needed to re-order another drink. We didn't stay for dessert, as by then we were worried that if it took as long to arrive, we'd overstay the 90 minutes and end up with a parking fine. Parking: About a dozen or more parking spaces right outside, can be busy at peak periods, but more free parking outside nearby shops.
What a disaster!!! Entered the store to see lots of delivery drivers waiting for their food so decided to place our order via the self service machine and chose tanke service. I was feeding myself and my 4 daughters and our order totalled over £30. The time on the receipt was 17.58 so we took a seat and waited. We waited for 20 minutes at which point I went to the counter and waited another 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. I approached the member of staff who was supposed to be cleaning the dinning area and was told that this was the normal as they are short staffed. This lady had been stood for the whole of our 35 minutes telling her friends at a table next to us about her holidays her operations and moaning how much her gas and electricity was costing her. At no point in 35 minutes did she do anything. The other staff seemed to have no idea what was happening and this lovely ladies lack of customer service and manners didnt help. She said she had been there for over 20 years. I wasnt sure if she meant with the company or standing in that spot. When we finally got our food we had to pack the children into the car and move on as we had booked cinema tickets and were running late. Absolutely disgusting customer service and a store I would never use again
I never even knew the bar could be set so low. After waiting over an HOUR AND A HALF, the driver arrived with... no food. I dont know how or why. I still had to pay 4 pounds for "service and delivery". I called the restaurant, they had no idea what is going on, order got lost. THIS MCDONALDS IS A JOKE.
If I could get away with no stars I would have been happier. Ordered at 14:12 No milk shakes,brought to my car at 14:42. An apology for the wait. As previously stated no organisation, seemingly children running the place. We got home the chips were warm but could have only been in the fryer for seconds, they were still white. I see other reviews here are similar. Get your act together guys or you will either lose masses of business or go out business. Ronald wouldn't be a very happy Macdonald.
Ordered a dinner and had to wait for 45 minutes. There were other people waiting for the same amount of time and some even longer just for a coffee order. Poor service and organization. No one in charge. Chaotic. I have never been in such a place with poor service and bad management.
I went through the drive thru for 2 chicken nugget happy meals with ketchup orange juice fanta and one cheese burger . It took 15 minutes to get my food and it didn't even have ketchup I am certainly not going again
Don't eat here unless you like sitting for nearly an hour waiting, while they prioritise just eat drivers and even then there's a queue of them reaching the door. Also they lost my friends order and she had to ask only to be told they lost her food. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
Have a problem every time I go. Can’t get egg anymore on breakfast as always has the shell in. It’s horrendous to bite into a soft McDonald’s McMuffin and have a crunch, I was physically sick. Wait time is always ridiculous and orders often have something wrong or dips aren’t included and whatnot. Yesterday waited 20 minutes for a pick up order which had no dips so had to ask for them, only to then be given the wrong ones, both large and medium chips looked like small chips, half missing. Constantly run out of Fanta and sprite. Fed up of always having problems at this maccies, not had many problems before since coming to stoke 2018 but this last year it’s just getting progressively worse.
