Clean friendly environment, drive thru busy this time of day but didn't effect speed of service. Very organized.
It's pretty consistently McDonald's. If you like that you'll like it. If you don't, then I'm sure you won't. Service was a bit on the slow side, but I don't really blame the restaurant. Labour shortages right now are making everyone slow since nobody wants to work these kinds of jobs. They're doing the best they can with what they have.
The quality of service and food has dwindled down. 9 out of 10 times items are missing. My wife didn't even get her drink on a skip order.Food: 3/5
All the staff was exceptional kind and polite. Sanitized every time of the day/evening, nice to see this happening. Kid-friendliness: Wallpaper could be changed to Ronald Mcdonald clown and other characters for the children when eating there. Parking: Great location next to a gas station and Kinross park.
As with most places in Kirkland lake it has friendly staff and is very clean they also have great quality control so they aren't putting out bad food it's always consistently good
Brutal. Crazy prices, garbage food, and missing items. Phone to get a woman who can't speak English, doesn't want to help, and won't recognize there's a problem.
The employee said they were just waiting on the fries, while the couple in the front evidently were flirting with each other. When I received the food, my receipt was not the correct one. I ordered take in, but they gave me a takeout bag provided with no napkins and a very messy saucy burger. The fries were very undercooked also.
Arrived at 05:59. Waited for at least 5 min for a hash brown. Coffee was Luke warm. Staff was friendly though
7:55 went through the drive through it was completely empty. Food took longer than normal. Ordered waffle fries with both orders which is an upsell. We received regular fries with 2 waffle fries in each order. The burger was not as ordered and the chicken wrap wasn’t wrapped fell open upon taking it out of the wrapper. McDonald’s in general need to up their game. This isn’t a problem at specific locations it’s a problem at all locations. Very disappointed.
They are so slow, they dont even to there job I was standing there for over 2 mins and they just looked at me. there was 1 other dude in the store. The girl working that night looked like she had somthing against me PS I dont even know her Worst Mc's in all of canada. -100 stars!!
