Amy in service was so nice to deal with , she is knowledgeable and friendly a real asset to this dealership . They got my truck fixed quicker than any dealership I’ve dealt with !! While this isn’t the closest dealership to me , I will drive the extra miles because of the service they provided .
My Sister and I travel back and forth to Camrose from Edson every week. On April 13,2022 we ran into car trouble and though they were extremely busy they took time to fix the issue the 3 hour wait was not long at all as we were expecting to have to stay the night. I wish I remembered the lady's name at the service counter but she was AMAZING!!! Thank you!!

Great buying experience with Garth, and thanks to Levi for coming in on his day off to get the deal done. Crazy that this little dealership out in the country had a way better deal on an electric car than anyone in Calgary. Worth the drive!
Unfortunately their sales team cannot be trusted. Came to an agreement on a vehicle only to find out the next day that they were in the process of selling it to someone else. They told me it was a misunderstanding and there was actually an offer placed before we came to an agreement. I have text messages that show otherwise and at no time did sales tell me there was an offer pending, even after I accepted their best offer. I guess with the pandemic there is no longer any need for honoring deals made.

I went to Carlee Maxwell to buy my truck. She was absolutely a breath of fresh air. She went over my needs for a vehicle as well as my budget. She definitely over exceeded my expectations. 100% recommend going to Carlee. Thanks again girl! I look forward to coming back to you in future.
Had the pleasure of working with Amy in service. Amy has been so great.. I originally came to McClellan Chevrolet after having a horrendous experience at another GMC in Edmonton. I told Amy my experience with the other dealership and she was very sympathetic. Not even 24 hours after originally calling Amy, she was able to track down a part that my truck in the city was waiting on for 3 months. When arriving at McClellan Amy right off the gecko was so informative of the diagnosis going on with my truck. So appreciative and thankful for my experience at the McClellan , and even more appreciative of Amy. Thank you so much Amy for all your help! I definitely will be coming back regularly to service with you guys!
