I took my tax information in to this office on March 24,2022. I did not hear from them after 3 weeks so I called them. They told me they were busy. On April 28 after not hearing anything from them I went to the office and since my file had not even been started I took my taxes to another place. I know of other clients that took their taxes in later and have received their’s back. They do not process on first come first serve bases. Maybe my file was more complicated but they should have told me when I took my taxes in.
Promt and professional service. Friendly staff. For the first time my tax season was bearable. 5 stars and gained my business for life!!
