I like that the location isn't far, open 2 times a week is challenging however they were helpful as they directly couldn't help me but suggested a drycleaner to help. Great place. I bought 3 shirts months ago and great material. I will be returning in August to buy 3 pants
You would think, that a place that supplies school uniforms for school, would have more staff on hand during the first week of school! I waited 20 minutes to be called from the front door and another 25 minutes to purchase 2 shirts. This was at approximately 1045 a.m. They opened at 10 am Wednesday and were closed the Tuesday the first day back for some kids. No apologies offered or an explanation. Please do better McCarthys. For what is charged for school uniforms, I would expect better customer service.
Great products and fast service.
My daughter is going to a Catholic high school this year and I was a little concerned to come here after reading a lot of bad reviews as it is the place we needed to go to buy her uniform. No one wants to spend their money and time in a store with poor customer service. Granted, I did go into the store three weeks before the start of school so I wouldn't suggest waiting until the last minute because it will be get very busy and they may not have everything you need I stock. I went right at opening time on a weekday and I used the online check-in system BEFORE entering the store which gives you an approximate wait time, mine was 5 minutes. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was helped by Sarah who was very helpful, patient, and made the experience pleasant. Overall my experience was great.
Do not understand why our board stayed with this company. Marks prices are way better and can receive more for our money.
