Recently bought a hot tub from McBurney Pools & Spas and have to say that the staff here is very helpful and accommodating. Everything from delivery to setup, staff was there to offer insight and overview into the requirements and procedures to get me up and running and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Staff made themselves available in the showroom, by phone, and text. One of the technicians even made himself available after hours to ensure everything was working as it should. Customer service of this level is not a common consumer experience. I would highly recommend dealing with McBurney based on my personal experience.
The hot tub buying and install was amazing. The guys that came out to do the installation of the hot tub were AMAZING I can’t say enough. They were polite, very helpful and noticed that the landscaping done and we had discussed buying a pool next year. The installers suggested that we put our pool pad in this year and gives the pad a year to settle. They are an amazing representation and face of your company. I would do what I can to keep them
The people at McBurney are excellent. I am a total rookie dealing with both a new hot tub and pool. They have made it super easy. So responsive and always a pleasure to deal with. Customer for life.
The team at McBurney made it easy to make a decision on purchasing the hot tub that would work for us. They were knowledgeable and could speak from experience on their products. Installation was smooth and the team that came to install were great to deal with, efficient, thorough and considerate! Well done! Would recommend to others!
We have never had anything but top notch service at McBurneys. Bought a pool and two hot tubs from them and would do it again in a heartbeat.
Called 2 times and emailed to get an inspection done for damage from storm. Asked for a call back and didn’t receive anything. Was then asked to send money before they would book a consult. I said I’ll pay when I have a time booked which I believe was reasonable. No response. Went elsewhere.
We had a new 27 foot round pool installed in September. This is our second pool and our experience was AWESOME! Since our experience was so great we bought a Hot Tub and it was installed on December 23, 2021! It was such an awesome experience! Shout out to all the staff also! Best pool company in Nova Scotia!!!
The entire crew is so friendly and knowledgeable. There’s never a question they can’t answer, which just enforces my confidence in them. I love that I can text questions or concerns anytime and I’m never made to feel like a bother, even when the shop is closed. Aside from the exceptional service at the store level, they went above and beyond from an installation perspective as well. Superb customer service the whole way around.
