Millie, Krista and Leena have always been pleasant professional and a great to deal with. They have always looked out for my personal and company insurance needs and are always available for advice and any questions I've had. They provide excellent rates and unlike large insurance companies, they always answer your calls personally. No holds, no numbers. They remember who you are and offer old fashioned customer service.

I've been with McAvoy for over 10 years and I've never had a worse customer experience in the last two years than I did with this company. They are rude, they try to talk around the topic to confuse you so you don't understand what you're paying or why and they make you feel stupid for asking questions. They also try to weasel charges in and tell you that you must pay and they make up some "new policy change" or otherwise to get money. I will NEVER AGAIN go with this company for anything EVER. I strongly recommend that if you want insurance for your car without getting ripped off or made to feel stupid, you find someone else...ANYone else.
