Yesterday, McCormick came out to do some work on our home. They were on time and conducted themselves in an incredibly professional manner. It is refreshing to see that, while many companies are struggling to find “good help”, McCormick seems to have it all figured out. Our tech, Kaidyn, was great. He had two other techs help him throughout the process. Every single person from ME that came to our home made intentional effort to walk up to me, introduce themselves, and explain why they were there. Throughout the entire process the respect and consideration that ME extended to us was top notch. The process was explained well in the beginning, updates were given as needed, and the job site was cleaned up upon completion. My wife and I had to leave before they had finished. Because it is cold and the power to the home had to be turned off, we had a portable generator running some essentials. When we returned, Kaidyn had coiled the cords, put the generator in a place it wasn’t visible to avoid theft, and was in the process of leaving having secured our home. It was dark, cold, and he’d been outside all day. Nonetheless, he took the time with a smile you could both see and hear to show me how everything works in a way that even I couldn’t mess it up. I wish I could give 6 stars.
Crooks!! They charged us $672.20 just to install a single 110v outlet that wasn't even too far from the breaker box. Use them if you like getting ripped off!! Below, the owner explains exactly how to rip someone off while also insulting them. I'm in awe of the professionalism‍
McCormick was prompt and professional and completed our job of wiring a 240V/50A outlet and connecting it to our electrical panel. However, the cost was quite high. This was a job that took under 2 hours the wiring was already in place and the final cost was nearly all labor because the components were pre-purchased with the exception of one piggy back breaker. The final cost was around $870. We did agree to this cost in advance we needed the job done but that doesn't change our opinion that the cost was very high.
