I had a not so nice experience today at their Service Department. I went there today for oil change for my ‘23 Tacoma and a winshield rock chip repair. After the service, the process of checking out was smooth. When i left the dealership, i stop and check my windshield if they repaired the chip. Seeing that the the crack was still there i called the Service Dept and the person who’s name is SHAWN answered the phone sarcastically and in a unhappy tone of voice. He told me he was there with the winshield technician and saw they filled the chip. He told me the process of doing it and i said “oh ok” then he HUNG UP on me, but im not even done talking!? Im asking coz i do not know the process of the rock chip repair and why is the crack still visible. For god’s sake SHAWN if you’re sick and tired and unhappy with your job even in answering questions from Toyota customers please give your company a favor QUIT your job and give it to someone who derserves it!
