Worst car wash ever. Always broken. I paid for ultimate car wash and got the basic car wash. Told the person on counter, Gurmeet, and told them to check their camera for proof. He is worst person when it comes to customer service. DONT GO THIER UNLESS YOU WANNA GET RIP OFF

Closed and had systems shut down 30 mins before the posted time of store. Refused to take my cash payment for fuel. Not the first time I've had issues with this clerk.

Worst car wash ever. Got a car wash done turned around and came back within 10 mins. Showed the guy my car still dirty. The guy said doesnt look like i had a car wash done. Well thats why i am back. Told him to check his camera’s as a proof. Says he doesnt have access and that he wont be doing anything. Very Poor customer service.

They just lost $300+ a week due to the terrible attitude from their staff. Looks like I'll be getting a lot more Petro points. Customer service is such a rarity these days it's sad. Will never return to another Shell. This isn't the first time. And this is what companies are going to have to pay 15/hour for..... Hmm
