Had totally the opposite experience. The store is now called Lavish and has been completely renovated. They have a large selection of beautiful gowns and dresses available. There is a complete room dedicated to bridal. The bridal is by appointment only, as it is managed by another individual who gives personal service herself. The rest of the store is now carrying separates and lingerie. Definitely not the usual stuffy, crappy dresses that you see in the other plus size stores. Have gone back a couple of times and bought my dress for New Year's there; a feathered, short skirt with a sequined bodice - gorgeous. Found the new staff very helpful and quite knowledgeable about what they were selling. I also bought a gorgeous top there for $20 less than I saw it for at Lane Bryant in the US. I will definitely be paying this store regular visits to see what they have.
