Maximum Locations

Not for the American tourist! We were visiting from the states and decided to find a snowmobile rental shop to do on our way to Quebec City. We stumbled upon the English version of this company's website which as it turns out is horribly outdated. We called and made our reservation for 4 snowmobiles. The address on the website has incorrect information but when we finally got there they told us we were too young to rent to since none of us were quite 21 years old (however, on the phone we told them this in advance and they said it wouldn't be an issue). They end up letting us proceed with signing the contracts and were willing to work with us, however the total price was more than double what we saw online. This was because the English site has outdated prices. I would recommend to the owner that they either update their English site or shut the site down since it is the first result for English Google searches and has incorrect information. They also wanted to put a 2500$ hold on our credit card per machine. On the phone they made it sound like the 2500 number was for all 4 machines. We thought this was a high number for the machines. Overall we wasted 3 hours of our day and didn't get to go snowmobiling.

Ne respecte pas les réservations.J'avais loué deux motoneiges longtemps d'avance mais à la dernière minute ils ont changé l'une d'elle. Ils nous ont refilé une motoneige médiocre en nous disant que c'était aussi bien que l'autre. Aucune excuses, dédommagement ou compensation. Ils n'ont même pas répondu à un courriel envoyé après pour discuter.

moi jai trouve super sa fait 2 fois que jai des problème chauffe vitre après mon skidoo puis il mon aider avec plaisirs. je suis arrêté ailleurs et ils ont pas voulu m'aider.
