Cheaper than metro, IGA, or Loblaws. Best about this is the points system where you load offers on to your card each week and accumulate points to redeem for free groceries.

Inexpensive vegetables and fruits but not a huge selection of vegan products (vegan mayo, vegan cheese, vegan yogurts)
