Customer service is terriblenI understand that beer bottles should be clean when returned however there is a limitnMaxi desk makes you wait as they inspect every bottle individually and then if there is literally 3 drops of liquid left in the bottle even if it is water after cleaning they will not accept itnWhere is the management in this facility!!!nWho sets up the process here, certainly not aimed at customer satisfactionnOne can go to any other maxi establishment and not go through the ridiculous screening as the maxi on Chambly
Nice place to buy for groceries but no fresh fish, chicken feet, and pork/beef bones available.nnAlso, no available malungay leaves, sayote, repolyo, pechay, and small red & green chili, and lemon grass.nnSo, we always went to Khim Phat for complete groceries that we need.
Is ok. Good balance between place and price.nNot so cool, not expensive.

This is a good Maxi. Pleasant personnel. Good prices. Large parking lot. Regular specials. However, self paying machines. If one person has a large order he or she can tie up a few machines for a long time and if they happen to have a problem or are using several coupons, you guessed it. Not enough tellers and you have to pay for your food cart, this is a big mistake. I know several who no longer shop at this Maxi because of the carts not being free.
