I get that I look young, but every time I go into this specific maverick to buy cigarettes they card me which is no big deal. I understand, but I literally am in there everyday because I live right next to it. Whether to get cigarettes or just drinks. EVERY SINGLE DAY. So the first problem was when I wasn't buying cigarettes and I was just with my girlfriend who was buying herself some. So, she gets up there to buy cigarettes and this guy says he needs to see my ID too even though I'm looking at my own stuff and I say that I'm not buying them. He then proceeds to say he's going to call the cops because she's providing for a minor. I've seen this guy everyday for like the past 2 months and he says he's going to call the cops. I'm like okay dude and we just leave. THEN TODAY... I go in there by myself to buy cigarettes and she says can I see your ID. Literally bought cigarettes from her the day before and consistently for the past couple months. So I hand her my Paper ID that they give you until your hard copy gets here because I'm getting mine replaced. And she says No this won't work. It clearly states I'm old enough so..... Not wanting to cause a scene I just left. I know nobody reads these from management but OMG. Not to mention defamation of character when the first guy accuses me of illegal business in front of administration of the college and my boss for the college 😂
