A great place to relax and dine in. We were a few families that went on a cruise at 1000 islands. Was looking for a restaurant that can accommodate 16 people including kids and would take reservations ahead of time. Couple of restaurants we called didn’t take reservations and one of them said they will call back to confirm and didn’t. Maverick staff was very professional & polite. Made the reservations for us. On the day we found they organized the table ahead of time, in a separate room for 16 people, all together. Server was prompt, foods arrived surprisingly quickly , food was really good and service was excellent. Certainly will go back again if opportunity arises. Thank you so much Maverick staffs.
Okay experience but that is about it. Ordered the Thanksgiving meal for around $30 after tax. The portions were a little small and food was pretty bland and dry. The soup was spectacular though, would get that again in a minute. Whipped cream was put on the pumpkin pie and by the time I got home it was melted and soggy. Overall the food was okay at best, probably won't choose this restaurant again given the premium price.
Great food & very friendly waitress. It is a big place qyite roomy but understaffed.. only 2 ladies catering to all the customers in a busy tourist area..they're very generous in terms of food portions and very delicious and omg the price is just right! We enjoyed our last night there.
Good location. Food was great, we had chicken wings, pizza, fries, nachos. All very good. Server Melanie was really good. Prices are fair and place is nice and clean. Yes true the cook was not wearing a mask but there is a window for everyone to see what's going on. Overall a great place.
Fantastic dining experience! Great food, service and pricing is excellent. Highly recommend! Best burger I have had! Buffalo cauliflower was delicious and hand made mozzarella sticks were awesome. Also great vegetarian options, my daughter loved the veggie wrap! Thank you Mavericks! Vegetarian options: Great options!
What a great place! We reserved for a special birthday party and it was fantastic. Comfortable seating, great food, clean washrooms, reasonable prices, and I can't say enough good things about the service. Special thanks to Zoe I also have to make special mention of the live entertainment...Trevor Walsh was just amazing. If you are looking for a special venue for a party or a great night out...look no further. Thank-you Mavericks!
The burgers we ordered were absolutely delicious even though presentation was very basic.
Our meal was very good. Our server Ana was awesome! She double checked with kitchen staff for me to confirm ingredients due to my allergies which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely come back next time we go through Gananoque
We've dined here a couple months back and planned our big staff party there in 2 weeks. Love the atmosphere, kids friendly, spacious and food was top notch. Can't wait to have the fish tacos again*drools just thinking about it*! Definitely worth the drive from Napanee. We both really enjoyed our breakfast, it was fresh and generous portions served with a smile. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. Great value for your dollar. We highly recommend it for breakfast
