Amazing service from both Bob and Mohamid. We had visited Jordan's and what we thought was excellent service turned out to be one of the worst experiences. We had no intention of purchasing from Mattress Firm however because of Bob and Mohamid we couldn't walk away. They never left our side but at no time were too pushy. They always remained professional. I would highly recommend working with this team. Thank you for making what could've been another Jordan's experience competely the opposite.

Went in last week to find a mattress and met with Kaitlyn. She guided us from mattress to mattress in an intelligent, strategic manner that allowed us to be sure we found the best-fit mattress for us. She educated us and was friendly. Highly recommend you talk with Kaitlyn, especially if your top priority is quality, healthy sleep (rather than hunting around for a $200 mattress).
