Every negative review here is on the mark. I wish I could give Mattamy 0 stars because they truly are the worst builder we have dealt with! First of all our house was completed over a year later than the expected completion date. When we did get possession of the home there were many things still incomplete. Missing shingles, unpainted doors, leaking faucets and a missing countertop. 1 year later, part of the roof has fallen off, more leaky faucets, unpainted doors still remain, missing racks, weird closing doors. Oh and the kicker, they never respond to emails or phone calls. The miraculous instance that they respond to an email and confirm an appointment for work done in your home, they dont show up! The amount of houses that are on sale here matches (or maybe exceeds) their incompetence levels. Buyer beware!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND BUILDER. THERE ARE PENDING REPAIRS ITEMS FROM FIRST YEAR LIST. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 24 MONTHS NOW. THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS OR VOICE MESSAGES.

Horrible builder! Where do I begin?! First off they have dishonest sales reps who will tell you anything to rush you into buying one of their lots. We were told we could pick the brick or stone style for the exterior yet when we went into the design studio no options for the exterior of the house were available!! We were told we told we could pick tiles for our hallway and then found out that it was not an option. Our closing day is here yet our house isn't even close to being completed. The craftmanship of their trades workers are horrendous! Tiles aren't leveled properly and mistakes are apparent everywhere. Stay as far away from Matttamy Homes as possible, they're nothing more than a cookie cutter house builder.

I live in a 3 story stacked townhome with a balcony , the divider that is in between my home and the next , blown down from the wind! But that's not even the worse part ; why can't I get a hold of anyone ? Countless emails and calls ,no help ! What good service ,ha.
