Matt's No Frills

No Frills is a division of Real Canadian Superstore and it is just as good as any Canadian Superstore that I have ever been to.

I've heard nothing but good stories about Matt, the store owner, and his desire to supply decent priced goods, yet its still a grocery store so the food can only be so cheap you know? The staff are pretty friendly as well. Unfortunately you will not find live eagles or other wild animals in the store, but hey, it can't be perfect am I right?

Store is pretty clean, the selection is good and the facility is just very good. I've had a couple of times where I couldn't find something, but No Frills is always a great place to shop because it's open late and check-outs are always pretty fast, and there tends to be enough people running the tills to make things go fast. Also, there are plenty of things here you cant find at other stores in Nipawin- such as EGGPLANTS which for some reason are only in No Frills,-nnThey also have a lot more of some good deals- and A unique selection of items you won't find elsewhere- and some fresh produce which is VERY fresh indeed!, in fact, I'd recommend shopping here for fresh produce- I get some amazing carrots and they pretty much taste like they've come off the garden.nnIf you don't want to spend full price on fresh stuff, you also can salvage some discounted produce jn a damaged or bruising foods sales rack. This is really fantastic honestly. The sales on near expiring foods is always good for if you're making a pie or salsa and just need a few cheap tomatoes, or etc.nnThey also have a pretty large pharmacy section for Vitamins and supplements, which makes the store much more convenient if you're traveling from place to place.nnApart from that, No Frills does a great job at making sure that customers are able to carry their groceries in boxes. The cashiers are real friendly, even the stocking guys help me with boxes and so I do enjoy it.!nnIt's always a convenience going to this grocery store and you never know what you'll find- so I recommend this place- especially for those who work day shifts who might have a hard time going to the other businesses which close at 5 or 6 o clock.
