Not bad all you can eat. We appreciated the fast service. Had the tablet menu and easy to order. The sushi was pretty basic, not that many specialty rolls. Good size potions not too much rice which is good. They sent a few wrong orders to our table. And some of the pictures from the table did not match when the food came which was a tad disappointing. We definitely did not each $90+ tax worth of food but overall, we were pretty happy with what we ordered.
We enjoyed the experience at Matsuno. This was an all you can eat sushi and fusion restaurant. The design was modern and spacious, dim lit with mix of booths and tables, it was really cozy. The staff was friendly and quick. I thought it was really cool that orders were placed on a tablet and you the orders came out in minutes. You didn’t have to wave down the waiters to be served and we also had bottles of water at the table to serve ourselves. The menu was $37.99 pp and this was probably the most I’ve paid for similar all you can eat. Considering the menu was not very big, I thought the price was a little high. The service however merited the price. I thought the sushi menu was disappointing and I’m wondering if the sushi was limited since it was a holiday New Years Day. The food was tasty, we had a mix of rolls, and warm dishes. They also offer a wine list and dessert menu. Overall positive experience and great staff. Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian sushi pizza, imitation scallop bites, a vegetarian sushi maki, soups and appetizers. Kid-friendliness: It’s spacious enough to handle kids and infact the place hosted a mix of couples, families and young adults. Parking: Adequate parking, restaurant is attached to other businesses.
Great sushi place. You order unlimited amount of food with a tablet. 40$ per person on the weekend pretty expensive. It's pretty crowded so I suggest booking a table before. The sushi were really good, and the desserts as well. The service was fast and efficient, and the staff great. I recommend this place and I will probably go again.
Best All you can eat sushi in the west island! Sushi are fresh and tasty! Staff are very friendly and nice! Diner is 35$+ tax on weekdays but worth every penny tbh! I definitely recommend
I am not typically a big fan of " all you can eat sushi" but we enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly. Many options on the menu ranging from sushi , appetizers and a la carte We had our table for 2 hours which was more than enough
Normal japan buffet nothing special, $37.99 per person plus tax and tips 15% around $50 per person. Food is okey, seafood are fresh but don’t try general Tao chicken, It tastes like sweet and sour fried dough, and the content of chicken is very low. overall its not kind bad restaurant.
The best sushi I have tried by far. They have great friendly staff and that work very hard to deliver the best possible experience. Always busy for a reason, and they offer 24 hours ahead of time reservations. Very neat and organized. I definitely recommend it.
As a sushi buffet it is quite decent. Easy order on pad, you have photos and counts. Quick service. Decent taste. Don’t forget to reserve your place one week ahead.
Best sushi place in the West Island and have been a regular client since they opened. The service is A1 and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Establishment is very clean. Now, let us discuss the food! OMG!!! Hot, fresh and AMAZING!!! A must try is the Spicy Sakana. Everything that I have eaten here is so good. My number one favorite place to dine. Highly recommended!
In summary, most of the food is great, but the sushis were a little disappointing. Everything tasted great, from chicken soup to ice cream. However, the most important piece of the restaurent was meh. I have already eaten much better elsewhere and they were also all you can eat restaurents.
