I loved everything about Matkowsky Immigration Law. The team is thoroughly professional, and they have such a passion for their job that it was translated to pure excellence in handling my case. My niece reached out to them after my visitor visa was refused. They patiently understood my case, provided the right solution and guidance, ensured I had all the information required to collate the appropriate documentation, and proactively kept me updated on the progress. Overall, a very positive experience throughout my visa approval process. Highly recommend!
I do not have words for how amazing the team at Matkowsky Immigration is! After being in Canada for 2 years as an international student I received a strange procedural fairness letter regarding a misrepresentation in my file. I then replied to the letter on my own and right after two days, I received another letter stating that my study permit had been canceled and that I was banned for the next 5 years. What happened to me at that point was shocking, I couldn’t fathom what had happened because as an international student, I had already spent a huge amount of money to study in Canada and the international student fees are also high. That meant that whatever I spent and built towards my future was in vain if I didn’t look for a solution to the case. I searched for immigration lawyers and talked to some of them for their advice on the situation, however none of them could offer an adequate solution. That was when I reached out to Matkowsky Immigration through their website and booked a consultation appointment with John. John then advised me on how they were going to deal with the situation. After the consultation, I was hopeful about continuing my studies in Canada. My case was then assigned to Sam Zimmerman and later to Natalie Domazet. Both Natalie and Sam worked very hard in dealing with the situation. I am a very impatient person and with the enormous stress that I had, I frequently asked questions and sent multiple emails. Despite this, both Natalie and Sam showed professionalism and were very supportive. They answered all my questions, advised me on all the documents that I needed to prepare. I was incredibly impressed with their knowledge on Immigration law. After months of dealing with the situation, I cannot describe the joy and happiness I felt when I received the email from Natalie that my case was settled! I felt at peace because I knew that I could continue my studies and keep on working towards my future goals. After my case got settled, I once again sought their help in applying for my study permit extension. I was assigned to Mackenzie Stern and it was once again a very easy process. I was told what documents I would need to prepare for the application. With the current backlog and processing times, I was afraid that my extension could be delayed but my application was approved without any interruptions. I do not have words to describe the amazing team at Matkowsky Immigration! That being said, I would highly recommend reaching out to Matkowsky Immigration for any immigration issues. Try to book a consultation appointment and they will guide you because every case is different and each situation needs to be dealt with accordingly, the team at Matkowsky has the knowledge and determination to succeed in such situations! Finally, I would like to say a Big Thank you to Sam, Natalie, and Mackenzie for helping me through my immigration process.

I can't be more thankful to Boris, Gina & Sonia. My sister's study permit was refused after 3 months of processing for a vague reason. I have status in Canada, and I reached out to MIL to assist my sister with her study permit application. They were extremely professional and thorough with their submission letter, addressing all points for a refusal. Boris was knowledgeable, and he always found the answer to our trickiest questions. Appreciate all the hard work from this firm over the past 2 years on our Work Permit from December 2020 - Aug 2022. We were denied 2x a total of 3 and the firm never gave up on in their effort to assist us with an approval. They worked diligently to appeal our second and final application from Aug 2021, won the court settlement and our Work Permit application was reopened and finally Approved this month! The processing times were unprecedented and discouraging but the wait proved worth it and we have this firm to thank. Matkowsky Immigration Law is really amazing. We had trouble with our applications and honestly we were denied 2 times. When they worked together, they are just unstoppable. Now, we are approved and going to Canada as PR. Only thing I wish is that they could help more. They are the ones to turn to if you have problems with your applications. I highly recommend them. Professional Trustworthy Experts. I initially hired an immigration consultant that I wasted $3000, he was not attentive to my spousal application and missed providing information to IRCC this led to unnecessary complications and delays. I then found Matkowsky Law via online search and reading reviews. I had a consult with Sonia and felt very comfortable as she answered all my questions. Katherine thoroughly prepared my case covering all angles/details. She replied to all my inquiries within 24 hours as she promised and Gina helped prepare me for my interview, which I passed and obtained PR. My experience with Matkowsky was great and right from the get go felt a sense of confidence that my case will be dealt with professionally. My case inability to meet residency requirements for PR was handled by Natalie, Kriti and Sonia and all of three of them helped me immensely to get the POE pack ready in time for my arrival.
