My Father had his wills updated 2 years ago was THAT even necessary and APPARENTLY my dad didn't name anyone as an alternate person for things like power of attorney, etc. This isn't likely because I'm the only child That could be an alternate Considering my brother lives In the United States. So even if that IS TRUE, isn't that your job as a lawyer to NOT proceed with updating the will until an alternate person is provided? So he charges my dad over 100 dollars to come in and get me named as power of attorney when it should have already been named that way in the will! It's lawyers like this that give lawyers a bad name!
