Just when I taugh good customer no longer existed the Matelas Bonheur St-Eustache store proved me wrong. I had an issue with a protective cover purchased along with a new matress 2 and a half years ago that resulted in my matress being stained. I called thinking it would be a lengthy and complicated procedure. After speaking with Eric he asked that I sent a few pictures then said I would hear back soon. A few days later I heard back and they were ready to change cover and matress the very next day. I was happily surprised on how smooth this transaction went. You definatly gained a long term customer and will see us again next time we need to purchase a matress for our family. Thank you
