Went to the match factory on a Thursday night during all you can eat Nachos. It's been a very very long time since I've had diaphragm pain from eating to much....lol The only thing missing hope you read this M.F. folks is guacamole, a bowl of green onion chives and you need to have some salsa verte....I needed some cilantro!!!!! Hahaha all in all a great experience. Great atmosphere too.

I've eaten here two or three times. Every time I swore I would never go back. The salads we're disgusting and made from expired produce, and the waitress sent us on a guilt trip even though we didn't complain, we just didn't eat it. The chicken wings were medium-rare. They had no pizza dough. Terrible experience.
Very impressed with the quality of the food. It's always excellent and we tried many dishes with friends. No complaints. The only thing is I would like them to remove the big sign on the wall inside the restaurant. It makes the restaurant feel like a cheap take out. Please use decorations, not huge menu type takeout signs. You're not a McDonald's!
My friend and I were shown to a half booth in the back room of the restaurant. I was not aware of the fact that there was two different chefs. We had never eaten in that part before and we were both very displeased. The meals were overcooked, we sent them back twice. My friend finally settled for the third one, I on the other hand did not. Hopefully you can do something about this. I say again , I did not eat anything. It was horrible!.
This is overall an awesome restaurant. The atmosphere is great, the service is exceptional. And the food taste really great. I had a Whiskey Burger and the carrot cake which tasted excellent. And even the normal coffee tastes great. From the outside it's just another building in a strip mall, but as soon as you are inside it shows its real character.
The food is great, at least what I've tried in two visits. The staff are friendly, but could be a bit more professional--being professional doesn't mean you have to be cold or distant, and being friendly doesn't mean you don't have to be too casual. The restaurant has a nice homey decor. Everything seemed reasonably clean.
This is the best restaurant I've been too in years! They have absolutely AMAZING service, great food and a nice overall environment. I didn't know what to think at first but once I walked in I was greeted with wonderfull people and amazing food! Highly recommended! No problems at all!
We visited this place tonight and it was a terrible experience. We found the hostess to be very loud and told us to " Get up there" after we decided on the buffet. We tried 2 different pizzas , lasagna ,soup and salads. The only food that had any taste was the lettuce. We wasted 43.00 on tasteless,dry food Would never go back there.
Had the pizza at the Hampton location . It was god awful for the second time in a row. The sause was bitter and the pizza was over cooked on the outside and somehow raw dough in the middle. Such a shame because when they first opened it was great. It needs an overhaul new dough new sause. Friendly service though.
