"Our firm has deep roots in Pennsylvania. Founding attorney Dominic Mastri was raised here and attended Scranton Preparatory School. He was an undergraduate at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, where he studied political science and history. He then attended Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, where he received a certificate of achievement and excelled at constitutional law.Mr. Mastri started his legal career at a few law firms in Scranton as an associate. Later, he moved to the Lackawanna County public defender’s office, where he successfully built a strong foundation in courtroom litigation by trying dozens of criminal law cases. He then founded Mastri Law LLC in February of 2011."

Literally the best attorney I've ever had in my life of 44 years. Went in to court for a preliminary hearing on and a simple assault and unlawful theft by taking charges. Both pretty hefty misdemeanors. I walked out from my preliminary hearing not even having to go in front of the judge whatsoever with my case dismissed for my first appearance to court! Dismissed at my preliminary hearing! And I didn't even have to leave the waiting room I was only there for a half hour tops! His law office is top of the line his team is amazing and he is by far one of the best attorneys around!!!
Paid $1000 for a retainer didn't fought or defend you . Basically he works for the judge
I hired him for a case my child is involved in. So far, it’s just the initial intake phone call, a few follow-up phone calls and the virtual court appearance. He didn’t pass judgment or talk down to my child. We’re very pleased with the outcome and look forward to this having a positive outcome. Mr. Mastri was polite, professional and friendly. His assistant prepped the office following COVID19 protocols and was very task oriented throughout the visit. His paralegal, Jessie, was personable and extremely efficient during all daytime phone calls. I received information in a timely manner. I even received a military discount when I mentioned I was a veteran and unfamiliar with this process; he immediately explained it in detail with timelines and multiples option including his recommendations during our free consultation phone call and review of the court papers. Definitely an excellent and stressfree transaction!
Attorney Mastri has represented me on 2 gagnon 2 hearings and he did great on both my heaeings.
After having previous negative experiences with other lawers, I was very skeptical. To my amazement, Dominic did everything he promised. He returns phone call too! That is huge in my book. Thank you Dominic for restoring my faith, and providing excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend to the public, this man for your legal needs.
Great guy great prices got my points reduced
My friend hired him to help gain custody of his son, during court the mother lied a few different times, the main one was that her boyfriend has a criminal background and apparently this lawyer didn’t look for background information before the court hearing. Neither did the judge !!! Looking for another lawyer that will actually do what there supposed to do, and bring his son home!!! Any one have any suggestions?
