Story

Founded in 1981, we are the prominent and noble bartender, flair tender and proper etiquette table service training institute in Canada.
We have successfully placed our graduates in the finest restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hotels and cruise ships.

We are providing the hospitality industry with a Master's certified and finest workforce by training qualified professional bar chefs and waitresses at its two schools located in Montreal and Quebec City. Businesses now require that new bartenders be graduates of The Master School of Bartending- MSB Canada.

The bilingual courses offered by the Master School of Bartending are recognized by Employment Quebec.

I had such a great experience with this school! After completing the 30 hour intensive course with Patrick, I earned my bartenders Diploma! While doing a course that was divided between theory and practical I was thought complete knowledge of alcohol, and cocktails. Learning everything from the base of tequila and vodka to mixing a perfect cocktail such as a zombie, or tequila sunrise/sunset.Since completion of the course I have worked at many high profile restaurants, and hotels as a bartender. Some of my experience includes le Biftheque steakhouse, The keg, Marriott hotel etc... Highly recommend this school if you are thinking of a becoming a bartender. Call them Today and ask for Patrick!

Excellent teaching!I finished my bartending class last week and what can i say?Dimitri is full of knowledge and at the top of his game.He's been around for quite a while and knows exactly what he's talking about.He was also very humble and open to learn from the students.Dimitri was super understanding and very generous with his time.On many occasions,he offered and stayed long after class for those who had questions /worries or those who simply wanted to practice a bit more their bartending skills.The class was well balanced in term of theory and practice and when we were having trouble with sth, Dimitri would make us practice over and over again until we got it right.Everything u've ever needed to know about the bartending world(jobs,do's and don't's,) you will know it and even more.Thxs for all the knowledge and the crazy laughs Dimitri!

Very helpful course. Having worked a few shifts behind the bar, I now feel much more competent and confident. Dimitri was enjoyable to follow and fair with all his students.

The professor was very knowledgable and accommodating, even going so far as to move lesson hours when I got ill to still allow me to be ready for the exam. Would recommend this program to anyone interested in bartending service or theory.

Do NOT even bother with this place! The school is a total SCAM! I decided to take the course and pay online, but called multiple times for further information. No one ever answered and never received a call back. Therefore, I Found it really weird and decided to only give a deposit of 50$( minimum) to hold my place. I had a really bad feeling since the beginning, so I told myself "if this place is a scam, I'd only loose 50$ instead of the whole 500$, I was asked to pay". I called all the available numbers, still no answer. Therefore, I go see at the 3 different addresses that they have (something else I found weird). First two, were different businesses. At the second location, a man said it was the master school of bartending many years ago. Also, that they had then relocated to 1620 Sherbrooke street w. So I showed up over there (3rd location/address). I was shocked to see a completely empty room, with only the "master school of bartending" label on the front door. I saw stairs going upstairs that happen to be another buisness and see a lady. I start asking her about it and she gets infuriated saying she is fed up of everyone arriving and asking about the business downstairs when there isn't any buisness downstairs and no one has even been seen there. I am extremely disappointed and pissed at the outcome of all of this, since I was really looking forward to it. I've been looking at other bartending schools, but reviews say they are scams as well. Therefore, especially with what happened with Master School of Bartending, I'm not even sure I can trust another school. Anyways, I am relieved that I only ended up loosing 50$ instead of the whole amount. Poor people that got scammed the whole amount! Don't be fooled! Don't waist your time or money on this place!
